Industrial power plug socket

To use electricity in industry, there are naturally industrial plugs and sockets. Industrial plugs and sockets are not the same as general plugs and sockets. What can be regarded as industrial sockets? Industrial sockets are sockets used in industrial enterprises, which are more common in construction sites, such as building construction or field construction. With the increase of engineering projects, the demand for industrial sockets is increasing. So, what does the industrial power plug and socket look like, and what are the characteristics of the industrial power plug and socket?

1, the safety factor is high
Except that the rated voltage of the socket panel is distinguished by different colors, the specifications of industrial sockets are different, and the positions of sockets, poles and grounding contacts are different. Only plugs that meet the specifications can be inserted into sockets. In addition, this kind of socket also adopts electric shock protection treatment, which has a higher protection level.

2, strong universality
Domestic and foreign standards are consistent, with international universality, and can also adapt to plugs in all walks of life, such as electric power, construction, ports and docks, machinery industry and modern large buildings.

3, durable
The socket panel is made of high-quality engineering plastic, which has higher strength, impact resistance and aging resistance. Whether it is used indoors or outdoors, it will not affect its service life. In addition, the normal plugging and unplugging times of the socket are as high as more than 5000 times, which is more durable than ordinary sockets.
What are the characteristics of industrial sockets? Xiaobian Kyubi no Youko, everyone introduced here. You should know that electricity is a problem that can't be ignored in both ordinary families and construction sites, so the selection of sockets is very important, which should attract everyone's attention.

Many friends don't fully understand the difference between industrial sockets and ordinary sockets, and even think that only the name of the socket is different, and the function will not be too different. Actually, the difference between industrial and general-purpose sockets can be analyzed from the following four aspects:

1. Different raw materials

General sockets are usually made of ordinary plastics, while industrial sockets are mostly made of engineering plastics. The fire resistance, corrosion resistance and water resistance of ordinary plastics are not as good as those of engineering plastics.
2, the load power is different
The voltage of the general socket is about 220V, and the standard-dependent current is 10 A; There are two working voltages of industrial sockets, one is 230V-415V (indicated by red) and the other is 500V (indicated by black). That is to say, the fixed power that they can load is different.
3. Different functions and effects
The general socket mainly has two functions, one is power supply, the other is general control, in addition, the jack output of the general socket is also monotonous; In addition to the functions of general sockets, industrial sockets also have the functions of lightning protection, overload protection, current and voltage display, remote monitoring and online detection of smoke temperature and humidity.
4, the service life is different
The general plug-in times are about 4500-5000 times, and it can be used for 2-3 years; The plugging and unplugging times of industrial sockets are obviously higher than that of ordinary sockets. Generally, they can be plugged and unplugged for more than 100,000 times and can be used for more than 10 years.

It can be divided into 16A, 32A, 63A, 125A, 250A, 420A, etc., and the protection level can be divided into IP44 and IP67, which are relatively routine. Generally, it is used with industrial sockets and industrial connectors.
Industrial sockets are basically European sockets, that is, the plugs are all cylindrical and the plugs have clips. If our daily use can't be used, we can choose to buy a converter. The American power socket adopts "European standard", and the plugs and sockets are round. Domestic power sockets adopt "national standard", and plugs and sockets are flat.
